Ahead of the London premiere for The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Andrew Garfield visited the London charity, Kids’ City, dressed in his Spider-Man costume. During the visit, Garfield joked around with the children, played basketball and ate pizza while signing autographs.
helps children aged 3 – 11 years by providing after school activities. The charity also offers employment and training opportunities for adults living in deprived areas.
Garfield is currently on a world-wide tour promoting The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Critics have suggested that the above was engineered to help his public image as it was revealed that the actor refused to take part in a segment at this year’s Oscars with Batkid.
