BBC News Anchors Cosplay As Star Wars Characters

The BBC announced on live television  that Bristol would hold the first open casting call for Star Wars Episode VII. To mark the occasion,  the local news division, BBC Points West,  dressed both of their news anchors as characters from the films. Alex Lovell was dressed as a Stormtrooper, while co-anchor David Garmston stared menacingly at the camera while cosplaying as Boba Fett.

There is genuine excitement about Star Wars Episode VII and as seen above, the film has the potential to become a pop culture phenomenon last seen in 1977.
