Despite the matches at Wrestlemania 29 being relatively tame in comparison to previous years, a number of injuries were suffered by some of WWE’s biggest stars.

As noted in a previous article, The Rock flew home to recuperate from a number of torn muscles, however it is being reported that CM Punk, Brock Lesnar and Triple H also have serious injuries.

CM Punk has badly injured his leg following an elbow drop onto an announcers table that failed to collapse. He has since had a number of x-rays and is scheduled for an MRI scan. Despite his injury, it is expected that he will appear on RAW next week to cut a promo, but is not expected to wrestle for quite some time.

Brock Lesnar was legitimately knocked out by a knee by Triple H during their match at Wrestlemania 29. WWE fear he may have suffered a concussion, but fellow wrestlers have praised him for continuing with his match.

Triple H has had a number of x-rays on his arm following his match with Brock Lesnar. Doctors believe that he had muscle contusion and expect it to pass soon.
