The Rise of Guardians Blu-ray Plot:

DreamWork’s newest animated adventure is a fun-filled and magical story about the legendary guardians–Jack Frost, the Easter Bunny, Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy and Sandman–together for the first time. When the evil Pitch threatens to take over the world, it’s up to our beloved heroes to protect the hopes and dreams of children everywhere. Filled with non-stop action and laughs, it’s a dazzling family film that’s being hailed as “full of wonder, originality and good-heartedness”.

The Rise of Guardians was such a flop at the box-office it has resulted in DreamWorks’s thinning the herd and developing new, cheaper technology. In the long run, this may end up being a positive thing as cheaper products will mean more risks. Reduction of costs may also present new opportunities to voice actors as studios cut back on big names.

Despite it’s performance at the box-office, The Rise of Guardians has had some favorable reviews most notably from the few who went to see it. At the point of writing this article, the film has five stars on Amazon. Even Silver Linings Playbook hasn’t achieved that!

I for one loved this film. It’s is beautifully animated and very funny. I can’t wait for it to come out on DVD, as I think this is one Christmas film that will get played time and time again.

I went to see this yesterday & I thought it was absolutely brilliant. The story, the ideas behind it, the graphics – it’s fantastic for adults & kids. It is as good as ‘How to train your Dragon’ which they also created. My so is 7 & he said ‘excellent – first class movie’ & my daughter who is 4 said ‘funny & a little bit scary’. They belly laughed throughout! I just read the 1 star review – total nonsense! Buy it – you won’t regret it. I’ve never pre-ordered before but I loved it!

I was spellbound!! This truly is a wonderful movie, especially the opening sequence – magical is all that can be said for it. I don’t give the plot away, but suffice to say, when Jack Frost appears, i felt like a child again. Very enjoyable! I got the triple play pack, blu-ray, DVD & UV to put on your smart phone or your tablet and it was only £15 brand new straight from amazon. The best couple of hours i have passed. There are a couple of games on the Blu-ray, they are fun also.

I’ve never seen the film and I think I’ll pick up the 3D version to watch with my son. If I’m honest, I’m kinda blown away by the reviews.
